建筑装饰装修管理规定 Regulations on the management of architectural decoration No. 46 of the ministry of the Peoples Republic of China Orders to record Chapter 1 general rule Chapter ii construction and approval of construction decoration projects Chapter iii the contracting and contracting of construction decoration projects Chapter iv the quality and safety of construction decoration projects Chapter v legal responsibility Chapter vi supplementary provisions Chapter 1 general rule Article 1 in order to strengthen the management of construction decoration, promote the development of architectural decoration renovation, protecting the lawful rights and interests of the parties to a construction decoration, ensure public security, these provisions. Article 2 the provisions of this regulation shall apply to all newly-built, expanded and renovated projects and the decoration of buildings and structures such as original houses. The construction of buildings with the value of cultural relics and the decoration of ancient buildings shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions. Building decoration, referred to in these provisions refers to the exterior and interior space for the buildings or structures as part of the environment quality requirement, use adornment to decorate material, to modify the appearance of buildings and structures and internal engineering and construction activities. The term original house mentioned in this regulation refers to all kinds of houses that have obtained the certificate of ownership of the house and have been used in the use of the premises. Article 3 the building owners, users, building decoration design units, construction units, the quality and safety supervision units, construction supervision unit, housing security identification, etc., all shall abide by these provisions. Article 4 shall be safe for construction decoration, optimizing environment, economic and reasonable, accord with city planning, fire protection, power
