In the affirmative, the change of dare is the same as that of ordinary verbs, which is now called dare/dares. But the negative and the question can be as varied as regular verbs, or as verbs. In other words, dare is a semi-modal verb.

In the past, did you/did he dare? Dared you/he?
It is usually more commonly used as a common verb structure.
