The specific arrangement of the array is given ，and the superimposed illuminance on this arrangement is studied . The results show that under constant current power supply ，the illuminance stability of LEDs array can reach 0. 15 % to 0. 25 % ，and meet the requirement for light source used for CCD calibration .
