The results indicate that the proper application of rape-seed cakes and other organic fertilizers significantly reduce the nitrate content and titratable acidity, improve the Vc content, the soluble sugar content, sugar acid ratio and crude protein content, and reduce the incidence of strawberry root rot, powdery mildew, gray mold etc; the
