基干精益生产染布车间生产流程改善 　　摘要：以A公司染布车间生产流程为研究对象，针对生产流程出现工序设计不合理、工具使用不合适、人机配合不协调的问题，基于精益生产的消除一切无效劳动和浪费的思想，运用ECRS原则、5W1H技术、人机分析等工业工程常用的改善技术，提出了对工序、工具、人机三个方面的改善意见。通过工业工程技术的分析和车间现场不断的验证得出了结论：改善后生产流程的人数减少1位，工序总数减少2个，时间总数减少61min，搬运距离减少342m，节省了人力、时间，提高了设备的利用率 Abstract： Taking the production progress of A dyeing factory as research subjects， and aiming at the problems of unreasonable procedure and improper use of tools and inharmonious in man-machine interaction， based on the thoughts of eliminate ineffective labor and waste in Lean Production， this paper tries to use some common methods about industry engi
