The curriculum standard consists of two parts: the general objective of the course and the goal of learning the two parts. Teaching materials mainly from four aspects: the books general objectives, teaching materials, writing features, content structure, teaching materials style. It is suggested that the teaching suggestions, evaluation proposals and the development and utilization of curriculum resources should be exchanged in three aspects. Let me start with the curriculum. First, according to the requirements of the curriculum standards, the overall goal of the English Curriculum in the basic education stage is to enable students to form a preliminary comprehensive language ability to promote mental development and improve comprehensive humanistic quality through English learning. In accordance with the requirements of English curriculum for basic education curriculum standards of grading the overall goal of the five aspects of language skills, language knowledge, emotional attitude, learning strategies and cultural awareness are presented the specific content standards. Among them, our primary school students of grade four, the language ability to achieve the following objectives: curiosity about English, like listening to others speak english.
