Talk about training to create performance -- the financial industry
Training is the starting point and end-result of the survival and development of the enterprise, therefore, the purpose of the enterprise training, whether it improve staff quality, and meet the needs of the employees self growth, the ultimate purpose is to improve the performance. To make the enterprise productive, and keep the enterprise alive and developing. Enterprise training in making investment decisions before often want to get a clear and direct answer to the question of a - how can we improve the companys performance through training. When experiential training is more and more popular and accepted, it has to be profitable for businesses if it is to be sustained for a long time.
Training to create performance consists of three processes: 1. Cultivate attitudes (mentality); Develop and practice skills (skills); Promote understanding of topic concepts and patterns;
Develop attitude (mentality)
Extension training emphasizes a kind of experience, a self-education from the inside out. Because people tend not to believe what they say, but believe what they have experienced. Through outreach training, students will improve significantly in the following areas:
1, the person: realize the potential of oneself, increase self-confidence, overcome the mental inertia, honing the will to overcome the difficulty. So success begins with the belief that the result of success is persistence. Using extension training as an entry point, let people change their attitudes towards problems and difficulties, and thus influence the behavior of others to challenge themselves and the breakthrough themselves.
Team: understand the role of the group, increase the participation consciousness and responsibility of the collective; Improve interpersonal relationships and work more harmoniously with groups; Lets find a sense of belonging.
