网络论文：农行网络视频监控系统的设计 【中文摘要】银行属于国家一级重点监控单位,它作为当今货币存放和流通的主要场所,担负着国家经济运作的重要使命。它具有设施复杂、出入人员多、规模不一等特点,也成为了极端恶意分子侵害的目标留下了可乘之机。为此随着技术的进步,科技的发展,一种实现“时时监控,事事监控”的零距离防控技术,即集视频、报警等功能于一身的网络监控系统,给传统的视频监控领域带来全新的运作模式。监控系统的应用范围十分广泛。主要用于国民经济中的机要部门和其他部门,用来对重要地点的监视、控制和报警。随着科技、计算机、网络技术的发展,监控系统经历了从模拟到数字,直到现在的网络化三个阶段。作者借鉴以往多年从事有关银行监控系统的开发经验,并将GIS、GSM等应用引用于银行的报警系统,设计一套基于城域网环境的银行数字网络视频监控系统。该系统不仅适用于银行监控,而且还可以适用于许多其它监控领域和环境。根据银行监控的实际需求,给出了基于城域网环境的银行数字视频监控系统的实现方案,该银行数字视频监控系统共有六大模块组成：视频服务器、客户端、管理服务器,控制台和屏幕墙、报警服务器、流媒体服务器,同时给出了各模块的工作流程、功能实现以及相关技术等。本文根据工作实际,对网络视频监控系统和视频服务器做了简单介绍,并结合农业银行网络视频监控系统对现有监控和报警设备的整合,建立高标准、高智能化、多层次的网络远程视频监控系统。目前系统中大部分功能在银行视频监控系统中得到实际的应用并已获得肯定。 【英文摘要】Bank belongs to the national level key monitoring unit, and it as the currency deposit and circulation assuming the main place of the important mission of national economic operation, of the important mission. The system is nott only suitable for bank surveillance but also fits for many other surveillance fields and environments.According to the real demands of bank surveillance, a MAN-based bank digital video surveillance system has been designed and implemented.
