布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对哮喘患儿细胞免疫功能影响 　　【摘要】 目的：?u价布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对哮喘患儿细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：选取本院2012年1月-2015年12月儿科门诊收治的确诊200例婴幼儿哮喘患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组方法将其分为两组，每组各100例。试验组给予布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗，对照组给予常规方法治疗，比较两组患儿治疗前后的临床症状及体征消失时间、住院时间、临床疗效、肺功能、免疫功能及不良反应情况。结果：试验组患儿临床症状及体征消失时间和住院时间明显短于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：用布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘，疗效显著，不良反应较少，安全性较高，值得临床使用 【关键词】 布地奈德； 复方异丙托溴铵； 婴幼儿； 哮喘； 免疫功能 Effect of Cellular Immune Function in Children with Asthma of Budesonide Suspension Plus Compound Ipratropium Bromide Inhalation/WANG Dao-yan.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（31）：055-059 【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the effect on the cellular immune function in children with asthma budesonide suspension plus compound ipratropium bromide inhalation.Method：A total of 200 infants diagnosed asthma were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 as research subjects，according randomized method， 200 patients were divided into two groups，100 cases in each group.The experimental group received budesonide suspension plus compound ipratropium bromide therapy and control group received conventional therapy.The clinical symptoms disappeared time，clinical efficacy，lung function，immune function and adverse reactions before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result：The children with clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time and length of hospital stay in experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Budesonide suspension plus compound ipratropium bromide inhalation treatment in infants with asthma， its efficacy is more significant，has fewer adverse reactions and high security，it is worthy of clinical use. 　　【Key words】 Budesonide； Compound ipratropium bromide； Infants； Asthma； Immune function First-author’s address：Fenggang Hospital of Dongguan，Dongguan 523690，China doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.31.016 哮喘是小儿的多发病、常见病之一，是一种慢性呼吸道疾病[1-2]。近10年来我国儿童哮
