信息与通信工程学院研究生导师介绍 博导硕导介绍 一、信息理论与技术教研中心 田宝玉、林家儒导师组： 周炯槃，男，中国工程院院院士、北京邮电大学教授、博士生导师；泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室学术委员会名誉主任；中国信息论奠基人，长期以来从事信息论、通信理论等领域研究，主持完成了“中国信息技术发展战略与政策”、“高速信息网中关键基础问题”等国家和国家自然科学基金重大项目多项；获得全国科学大会奖、原邮电部“七五”期间重大科研一等奖、原邮电部科技进步一等奖等多项；专著《信息理论基础》、《通信网基础》分别获得原邮电部全国邮电院校优秀教材特等奖、原国家教委全国优秀教材特等奖、原国家教委国家级优秀教学成果奖等。 Jiongpan Zhou, male, is the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the professor and supervisor of Ph.D. candidate, Honorary Director of Academic Committee of “Key Lab of Universal Wireless Communications, Ministry of Education” in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is the founder of information theory in China. It has been a long time that Mr. Zhou engaged in the researches on information theory, communication theory and so on. He was in charge of multiple projects which were supported by Major Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, including “The Strategies and Policies for Information Technology Development in China” and “Key and Basic Issues in the High-Speed Information Networks”. Furthermore, Mr. Zhou obtained multiple awards, including the National Science Convention award, the first prize of the major scientific researches during the 7th Five Years, and the first prize of scientific and technological progress, where the latter two prizes were both awarded by former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. His published books “Basis of Information Theory” and “Basis of Communication Networks” obtained the special prize of the national excellent teaching materials published by different academies which are related with the posts and telecommunications, the special prize of the national excellent teaching materials, and the national-level excellent teaching achievement award, where the first was awarded by former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and the latter two were awarded by former National Education Committee. ? 吴伟陵，男，北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院教授、博士生导师。主要研究方向为变参信道的信息传输、移动通信及信息理论与编码。长期从事信息与通信领域教学和科研工作，作为项目负责人主持和
