The concept of macro on yield, work, live, and public facilities has changed greatly in the recent years. And since the urbanization of shanghai is affecting village self-government which is one of the Systems of democratic self-government in rural areas, the self-government has also changed a lot. In this research, we need to conduct a comprehensive study of village self-government ,so we can not get rid of the research of the status quo and the development of the developed regions.In this program, we adopt the principles of convenience, take all the local materials,and focus on the MinHang region for research to have a clear understanding of the status quo of village self-government by on-site investigation, and analyze the statu quo of village. KEY WORDS：village in the developed area, village urbanization, village self-government 正文 1、研究问题与方法 1.1 问题的提出。 村民自治作为中国基层民主的实践，萌发于20世纪80年代。村委会作为农民自我管理的组织形式，从萌芽到试验，到1998年国家颁布《村民委员会组织法》确定其正式合法地位，也经历了30多年的发展历程。由于地区经济、文化、历史等的差异，虽然村民自治已在全国普遍推开，但从地区分布来看，村民自治在全国的发展极不平衡。 上海作为中国最发达的地区之一，同时也见证了中国乡村的变迁过程。上海快速的城市化进程，使传统意义上的村庄也在这个地区发生着实质性的变化
