罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰―硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探究?_哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术的效果。方法：在本院妇产科于2015年6月-2016年6月接收的分娩产妇中随机选出90例作为本次研究的观察对象，全部产妇均接受剖宫产术，根据麻醉方法的不同将产妇分入到观察组和对照组中，每组45例。对照组产妇给予罗哌卡因麻醉，观察组产妇给予罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉，对比分析两组产妇的麻醉起效时间、麻醉维持时间、术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率等指标值。结果：观察组较对照组麻醉起效时间短且麻醉维持时间长（P0.05），术后3、6 h，观察组产妇的VAS评分均比对照组低（P0.05）；对照组麻醉后5、10、30 min血压显著低于基础值（P0.05）。结论：罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术中效果确切，能取得较好的麻醉镇痛效果，且对产妇的影响小，能保证手术的顺利开展，并促进产妇术后的康复，值得在临床上推广应用 【关键词】 罗哌卡因； 舒芬太尼； 腰-硬联合麻醉； 剖宫产； 并发症； VAS Application of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil Combined Spinal-epidural Anesthesia in Cesarean Section/TU Yuan-yan，LI Jing，ZHOU Yu-mei.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（05）：123-126 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil combined spinal epidural anesthesia for cesarean section effect.Method：A total of 90 patients received delivery in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the research subjects.All women underwent cesarean section，they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different anesthesia methods，45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ropivacaine anesthesia，the observation group was treated with Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The onset and duration time of anesthesia，postoperative pain，complications and other indicators of two groups were compared.Result：Onset and duration time of anesthesia in the observation group were shorter（P0.05），after 3，6 h，the observation group VAS scores were lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect is obvious of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil combined spinal epidural anesthesia for cesarean section，can obtain better analgesic effect，and the little influence on maternal，can ensure the smooth operation and promote maternal postoperative rehabilitation，is worthy of promotion in clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Ropivacaine； Sufentanil； Combined spinal-e
