Haining dyeing and printing industry development have exists some problems. For example, the level of industry is relatively low; technology level is not high；elements are shortage; the burden of energy conservation and emission reduction are heavy; competition intensifies in perimeter zone. To solve the problems that dyeing and printing industry is facing, the backward production process and equipment should be abandoned; printing and dyeing enterprises which is advantageous should be developed, advanced technology and equipment should be introduced; to strengthen the ecological environment protection should be strengthened.
