The development of industrial clusters provides the basis material for the construction of regional brands, also the establishment of regional brand promots the development and growth for industrial clusters, large interrelated companies and institutions through specializing division of labor and cooperation to create a localized network, it’s overcomes dispersion and uncertaint risk for individual enterprise to participate in market competition, and avoids the low efficiency of the level system enterprise. Regional brand with significant effects through promoting the sustainable development to improve the overall competitiveness of industrial clusters. But because of the regional brand is non-competitive, exclusion, externality, cause some problems appeared in the process for construction and development of regional brand.
