Ning Bo port as one of the comprehensive transportation system and important hub, it is also the route port for international container transportation, is the main transit shipment port to the Yangtze river delta and the Yangtze river where need material, energy as well as foreign material transportation. The first part of this paper expounds the definition of port logistics, and mainly introduces its characteristic. The second part mainly introduces the situation of Ning Bo port logistics development, including the expansion of function, the enlargement of service range, the conglomeration effect etc. The third part is to the discuss the problem in the process of development, basically including low level of infrastructure standardization, the intersected of management system, the behind of transportation system construction, the lack of professionals, etc. The key is to the analyses and discusses how Ning Bo port logistics industry through their own advantages to better development with counterme
