The nature and purpose of the course:
Aerobics is the compulsory course of female college students, it has the fitness, healthy heart indivisibility, variability and harmony of action sports load is large, targeted, and it is in an atmosphere of joy, pleasure, passion in the gym, at the same time realize the knowledge, skills, technology, the growth of students, expressive of coordination, creativity, fitness, in order to achieve healthy heart and increase the overall efficiency of knowledge. According to the specific condition of our school, select and creating different types, the difficulty and the movement load combinations of aerobics exercises, make the most of the students has a keen interest in on aerobics for student life in the future to participate in the fitness movement laid a good foundation. The aim is to:
Through aerobics practice, the students cardiorespiratory function is enhanced, the students physique is improved, and the rhythm, elegance and expression of the students are cultivated.
(2) the students understand the basic knowledge of the aerobics movement, the principles and methods of choreography, and cultivate the students self-coding ability, solidarity and cooperation and creativity.
Through the teaching of aerobics, the students should be able to make the correct aesthetic, improve the ability of viewing, and cultivate the elegance of the people.
(4) teaching, through the aerobics movement closely associated with health and lifetime sports, raises the student good physical exercise habit and lifelong sports consciousness, realize students physical, psychological, social overall health.
