Abstract ：Aiming at the complication of multi-type and batch production system, to improve its production efficiency, con- sidering four aspects of factors （man, machine, method and materials ）, a simulation optimization method based on Witness is proposed. The scientific problem to be researched is described. The simulation logic is designed. The key techniques for the simulation model construction are put forward. The effectiveness of the method is tested by simulation examination.
