不同种植系统口腔种植临床病例临床疗效探析 　　[摘要] 目的 探析不同种植系统口腔种植临床病例的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2012年1月―2015年12月收治的150例需要口腔种植手术的患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，该次研究获得患者知情同意，并根据不同的口腔种植系统将其随机分为3组，各50例，A组为ITI种植系统，B组为奥齿泰种植系统，C组为诺贝尔种植牙系统，比较3组治疗有效率。结果 A组28例患者显效，20例患者有效，2例患者无效，其治疗的总有效率为96.0%，B组27例患者显效，21例患者有效，2例患者无效，其治疗的总有效率为96.0%，C组27例患者显效，20例患者有效，3例患者无效，其治疗的有效率为94.0%，3组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 3种种植系统之间治疗效果差异不明显，临床上应根据患者的实际情况及口腔情况，为患者选择合适的种植系统，进而保证患者得到最佳的治疗效果 [关键词] 不同种植系统；口腔种植；临床病例；临床效果 [中图分类号] R783 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）01（a）-0061-03 [Abstract] Objective Analysis of the clinical effects of different cropping systems of Oral Implantology clinical cases.Method Our hospital in January 2012 to December 2015 convenient selection the need for oral implant surgery 150 patients were treated， the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in this study patients’ informed consent， and depending on the dental implant system randomly divided into 3 groups， each 50 cases， a group ITI implant system， group B OSSTEM implant system， group C for the Nobel dental implant system compared three groups of treatment efficiency. Results A group of 28 patients markedly effective in 20 patients， 2 patients were ineffective， the total effective rate was 96.0%， B group of 27 patients markedly effective in 21 patients， 2 patients were ineffective， the total effective rate of treatment ， 96.0% in group C， 27 patients in group C were effective， 20 patients were effective， 3 patients were ineffective， the effective rate was 94.0%， There was no significant difference between the 3 groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Growing differences between the three treatment system is not obvious， should be based on the actual situation and the patient’s oral cavity， the patient choose the right implant system clinically， thereby ensuring that patients receive the best treatment.
