多西他赛联合卡铂治疗老年非小细胞肺癌近期疗效及安全性观察 　　[摘要] 目的 研究多西他赛联合卡铂治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效，并对用药安全性进行观察。 方法 选取我院2014年1月～2016年1月住院治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者42例，所有患者均予多西他赛75 mg/m2，静脉滴注，d1；使用前1 d开始口服地塞米松8 mg/次，2次/d，连服3 d，预防水钠潴留及过敏反应。卡铂AUC=5 mg/（mLmin）静脉注射，d1，21 d为1个周期。详细记录化疗期间的毒副反应情况。 结果 42例非小细胞肺癌患者中，CR共12例，占28.6%，PR共10例，占23.8%，SD共10例，占23.8%，PD共10例，占23.8%，RR达52.4%。其中不同病理类型、不同临床分期的RR组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。主要毒副反应为白细胞减少、恶心、呕吐、腹泻以及脱发等，大部分患者为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度反应，患者均能耐受。 结论 多西他赛联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效确切，安全性好，值得推广和应用 [关键词] 老年非小细胞肺癌；多西他赛；联合；卡铂；安全性 [中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）02-0095-03 The efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with carboplatin in treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer LI Ge ZHANG Shibin Department of Internal Medicine， Central Hospital of Zibo Mining Refco Group Ltd， Zibo 255120， China [Abstract] Objective To study the efficacy of docetaxel combined with carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer，and to observe the medication safety. Methods A total of 42 cases hospitalized patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected，all the patients were treated with docetaxel 75 mg/m2， intravenous drip， d1； and oraled dexamethasone 8 mg/time， 2 times/d before treatment 1 day， and continuoused 3 d， prevented water sodium retention and allergic reactions. Carboplatin AUC=5 mg/（mLmin） intravenous injection of d1，21 days for one cycle. The toxic and side effects of chemotherapy were detaily recorded. Results In 42 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients， 12 cases of CR， accounting for 28.6%， 10 cases of PR， accounting for 23.8%， 10 cases of SD， accounting for 23.8%， 10 cases of PD， accounting for 23.8%， RR accounting for 52.4%. There were no significant differences in the different pathological types and clinical stages of the RR among groups（P0.05）. The main side effects were white blood cell decline， nausea， vomiting， diarrhea and hair loss， most of the patients were Ⅰ， Ⅱ
