自动控制扶梯的危机控制原理 摘要 自动扶梯广泛用于酒店、商场、地铁、火车站、写字楼、机场等场所，在方便顾客和提高服务质量等方面起到了相当重要的作用。 本设计采用PLC控制系统，具有可靠性高、稳定性好、编程简单、使用方便、检修维护方便等显著优点。将PLC应用于自动扶梯上，可大大提高自动扶梯的控制水平，使自动扶梯达到了更为理想的控制效果。跟继电器控制自动扶梯相比有了一个质的飞跃。它实现了自动扶梯的电脑化控制，使自动扶梯更趋智能化。 自动扶梯采用伺服驱动，Y-Δ切换启动。从电梯运行的安全要求和检修运行要求出发，同时考虑到电梯操作的便利性，程序设计主要实现三种运行状态：自动运行、手动运行、检修运行状态。在正常情况下，扶梯进入自动运行状态；当发生某种特殊情况时，扶梯在外部手动信号的作用下，进入手动运行状态，当系统检修时，插入检修盒，进入检修状态。在电气系统组成以后，为了实现最优控制，需要精心的编制PLC的控制程序。在PLC控制程序中需要进行处理的逻辑信号首先是安全回路检测信号，通过对这些信号的处理，给出相应的运行状态显示和报警信号。 关键词　自动扶梯 PLC 控制系统 Automatic escalator principle of crisis management Summary Escalators are widely used in hotels, shopping malls, subway, train stations, office buildings, airports and other places, in the convenience of our customers and improve the quality of service has played a very important role.
