This paper does a survey of the research and control methods for chironomus larva. It analyzes the current status of this particular type of pollution , cause of the pollution ; describes chironomus larva′s life cycle , and seasonal distribution. Based on these analyses , the paper models the physical , chemical and biological environment for chironomus larva.
