090720七个低效能习惯(国外英语资料) Seven habits of inefficient people Unlike the usual good habits that should be taught, here are 7 habits we best avoid. Just as looking for habits that are good for you, finding habits that are holding you back is just as important. Most of these 7 habits can easily become part of your daily routine, making it difficult for you to see its presence (or how it affects you). Ive tried these habits a little bit, and theres no doubt that there are few important things that can be done. And I also want to add that this is just the 7 major habits that you might have in your life that affect efficiency. Im pretty sure its not just these. 1, absence. Perhaps youve heard what Woody Alan said: Eighty percent of success comes from being present.. More attendance - one of the biggest and easiest things you can do to ensure more success in your life, whether in your social life, in your career or in your health. If you want to improve your health, one of the most important and effective things you can do is to show up at the gym every time you should be present. Maybe the weather will be bad. Maybe you wont want to go out. Maybe you have a lot of other things you have to do. But even if you continue to be in the gym when youre less active, it will be much more effective than relaxing on the couch at home. I think this applies to most areas of life. If you keep writing or painting every day, youll improve quickly. If you go out more, you will meet more new friends. If you go on more dates, chances are that youll meet someone you love. Just more attendance will make a difference in your life. Absence makes you nothing. 2,. To simplify, I list my favorite 3 ways of getting rid of procrastination: - swallow the frog.
