摘 要

北方广电呼叫中心系统是一个促进广电企业营销,市场开拓以及为客户提供友好的、交互式服务的管理与服务系统平台。它面对的是客户,强调的是服务,注重的是管理。北方广电呼叫中心系统是为客户服务提供的一个窗口,是客户与企业建立联系的纽带,是传统经营及服务手段的延伸;是企业为客户提供的个性化与交互友好的服务平台。

Abstract
With the development of Chinas radio and television, the North United Cable Network already changed business mode from providing only a single radio and television service to providing multi-function services for a comprehensive transport network, and the requirements of the customer also showed diversified development. The traditional businesses of radio and television provided a passive service by the way which you play me, and the new businesses of radio and television is customer-oriented, it can provide interactive services according to customers requirements. In order to meet the development of the business and the requirements of different customers, the provincial radio and television system must build perfect customer service system, standardize the management, unified service window, improve and enhance service, and lower operating costs. It makes the enterprise in the fierce market competition in a favorable position, and reflects truly take the customer as the center the management idea.
This paper discusses the technology and application of the call center system of the North United Cable Network, the system provides the function of customer service system perfectly, and establish a unified customer oriented integrated platform according to the characteristics of the CATV business, it can use unified Special Number to access, and achieve unified management for business consulting, business query, cost query, receive complaints, proposed acceptance, business acceptance,
