41 7 西 安 交 通 大 学 学 报 Vol. 41 l 7 2007 7 JOURNAL OF XIcAN JIA OTONG UNIVERSITY Jul. 2007 , , ( , 710049, ) : 基于螺杆压缩机热动力学的理论研究, 建立了螺杆压缩机工作过程中热力学动力学计 的数学模型, 并在螺杆压缩机工作过程指示图录取压力脉动测试转子轴向力测量油分布的可视 化等实验研究基础上, 揭示了螺杆压缩机热动力性能与转子型线等设计参数之间的内在规律, 建 立了完整的螺杆压缩机设计理论. 在设计理论的指导下, 开发了转子型线设计刀具刃形设计SC CAD 设计等技术和软件, 与本行业知名企业合作开发系列产品, 并实现大批量生产, 使新产品广泛 应用于制冷空调空气动力和石油化工等领域, 实现了我国螺杆压缩机产品的更新换代, 推动了我 国压缩机行业的技术进步和产业结构优化. : 螺杆压缩机; 设计理论; 关键技术; 产品开发 : TH455 : A : 0253 987X( 2007) 07 0755 09 Research and Development on Design Theory and Key Technology of Screw Compressors Xing Ziwen, Wu Huagen, Shu Pengcheng ( School of Energy and Pow er Engineering, Xic an Jiaotong U niversity, Xican 710049, China) Abstract : Following the theoretical research on working process of screw compressors, the math ematical models for simulation of the thermodynamic performance and dynamic characteristics of the screw compressor are proposed, which are experimentally verified by means of recording the indicator diagrams (p V diagrams) with a small pressure sensor embedded in the female rotor, the measurement of pressure pulsation in the discharge chamber and the forces acting on the ro tors, and the visualization experiment on oil distribution in the compressor . It indicates the rela tion between the performance and the design parameters of the screw compressor. Simultaneous ly, the key technology for screw compressor is developed including profile design method, the cutter design, the soft package of SCCAD. Up to now, more than 50 models of twin screw com pressor products have been developed and mass manufactured to meet the requirement of refrige ration, aerodynamic and
