N atu re of the litigation and the imp erfect of legislation lead to the “difficu lty to p rove ”of no - fau lt wom en in the litigation. To so lve th is p rob lem , we shou ld imp rove no - fau lt wom ens awarene ss of the law and the ab ility of self - p rotection , take “the h igh degree of p robab ility ”a s the p roof standard, take the p rincip le of “inversion of the bu rden of p roof ”in sp ecific condition s, and also we shou ld recogn ize the importance of the inve stigation and evi dence co llection of the p rivate detective s.
