广 西 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题目 年产五万吨活性白土 工艺流程设计 学 院 化学化工学院 专 业 化学工程与工艺 班 级 2006级1班 学 号 0604100309 姓 名 梁顺香 指导教师 潘远凤 摘要 活性白土是一种具有很强吸附能力的高效活性白土，它主要是以膨润土矿为原料，经过精选、研磨、活化、挤压、洗涤、烘干等一系列工序生产而成，被广泛应用于化工行业、食品行业、石油行业以及污水处理等行业当中。 本文主要的任务是对一家工厂原有的活性白土生产流程进行改进，对原来的一些不合理流程进一步修改，反应采用多级活化，使得操作更加方便，能稳定的、连续的生产优质高效活性白土。对生产进程中产生的废酸进行循环使用，降低了酸的消耗量的同时也减轻了对环境的污染。并通过aspen进行模拟优化，对热量和物料进行计算。 本流程主要分为五个工段，第一工段为原料工段，主要是对膨润土矿进行破碎和研磨。第二工段为反应工段，通过五级串联的反应釜对膨润土进行活化。第三工段为洗涤工段，对活化后的白土进行压滤和洗涤以除去吸附的酸。第四工段为干燥包装工段，由于压滤后的白土中含有大量的水必须除去，热空气通过转圆筒干燥器与白土对流而带走水分，干燥后的白土进入包装车间进行包装。第五工段是废水处理工段，对洗涤出来的废水进行净化并回收重复利用。 关键词：活性白土 生产流程 活化 吸附 改进 循环 Abstract Activated Clay is a material with very strong adsorption capacity , it is mainly based on bentonite ore as raw material, after carefully selected, grinding, activation, extrusion, washing, drying and a series of processes of production. It being widely used in chemical industry, food industry, petroleum industry, sewage treatment and other occupations. This papers task is to improve the production processa factory original activated clay , further modify some of the unreasonable of original process . multi-level response activation, enables the operate to more easily and steady, continuous production of high-quality activated clay.Production process for recycling waste acid to reduce the acid consumption also reduces environmental pollution.And through aspen simulation optimization, calculated on the heat and materials.
