重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） 融汇泉景C区北地块施工作业坍塌危险因素事故树分析与安全技术措施研究 学 生：刘熙 学 号指导教师：王宏图 专 业：安全工程 重庆大学资源及环境科学学院 二OO九年六月 Graduation Design(Thesis) of Chongqing University collapse accidents tree analysis of risk factors and security measures to the north plot of RongHui area C Undergraduate: Liu Xi Supervisor: Prof. Wang Hongtu Major: Safety Engineering Chongqing University College of resources and Environmental Science June 2009  摘 要 我国建筑安全事故频频发生, 伤亡人数仍居高不下, 给国家经济和人民生命财产造成了重大损失。坍塌事故的危害性很高, 有效防治坍塌事故对预防建筑施工安全事故有着十分重要的意义。 根据建筑工程施工作业的特点，采用安全系统分析中的事故树方法，对坍塌事故的安全性进行定性分析，找出影响坍塌事故的主要因素，并提出防止坍塌事故的对策，从而保证施工作业的顺利进行和人身安全，提高整个施工作业的安全度。 最后论文在分析建筑企业安全文化建设以人为本、自我塑造、重在领导、突出特色原则的基础上，提出加大对从业者培训、加大安全投入、明确各方责任、强化项目作用、开展工地安全文化创建、班组安全文化创建等企业安全文化建设的对策建议。 关键词：建筑施工，坍塌事故，事故树分析法，安全文化  ABSTRACT Construction safety accidents occurred frequently in our country every year, which resulted in high casualties and huge national poverty loss. Moreover, the harm fulness of collapse is so great that effective prevention and control for collapse accidents contributes greatly for preventing construction safety accidents. According to the characteristics of construction operations, Accident Tree Analysis (ATA) is used to address the qualitative analysis of the safety of the collapse accidents. The main factors of the collapse accidents and corresponding countermeasures are developed to enhance the construction of the security operation. In the end, by analyzing the basic rules that safety culture cultivation should be performed form the point of peoples interest, self-remolding, leadership-first and characteristics centered, the thesis suggests that when a construction enterprises is building the safety culture, it is of key importance for them to give some pieces of advice on how to establish the safety culture based on larger investigation on safety management, scheme some programs in construction field, make clear the responsible strengthen lines of respective parties, enlarge the investment for s
