中文摘要 构建和谐社会是当今人们的共同目标，社区是构成社会的基本单元，社会 发展离不开社区的发展，社区音乐文化建设促进社区的发展。 音乐作为文化的载体，对文化的交流与传承具有重要意义。社区音乐文化 在丰富人们的生活、普及大众音乐、促进社会安定团结、推进和谐社会等方面 发挥着重要的纽带作用。 本文从音乐社会学的视角，以乌鲁木齐市米东区的社区音乐文化建设现状 为对象，进行社会实地调查和综合研究，收集、整理了大量案例，论述了米东 区社区音乐文化建设的状况，社区音乐文化的主要参与者、存在的问题等。 依据实地调查和研究的结果，笔者对乌鲁木齐市米东区社区音乐文化建设现状 提出了建议和意见，在开展社区音乐文化建设时职能管理部门应加大社区文化 设施建设；社区音乐文化建设要以人为本，强调艺术性和教育性；社区音乐文 化与经济发展相互促进；社区音乐文化建设应该为构建和谐社会服务。 全文分为五个部分： 第一部分阐述了文章的研究目的和意义，并对现存我国社区文化建设的研 究成果进行综述。 第二部分界定了社区及社区文化的概念，论述社区音乐文化建设和社区音 乐文化的功能。 第三部分是对乌鲁木齐市米东区社区音乐文化建设现状调查，深入细致地 论述了米东区社区音乐文化的活动开展状况和文化设施情况。 第四部分是对米东区社区音乐文化建设的问题分析。 第五部分笔者在调查分析的基础上，对乌鲁木齐市米东区社区音乐文化建 设提出了意见和建议。 关键词：乌鲁木齐市；米东区；社区音乐文化；建设 II Abstract It is our common goal to build a harmonious society nowadays. As we all know, development of communities, the basic elements of society, plays a decisive role in propelling social advance, and the community culture, in turn, contributes to the building of a good community. Music as the carrier of the culture is important to the spreading and inheriting it. The community music culture functions as a bridge to enrich the life of residents, to popularize the music for the masses, to promote the stability of the society, and to propel the building of harmonious society. In this thesis, the author, from the music sociology angle, took the community music culture in Midong district of Urumqi as research object, conducted field work and collected a great amount of cases in the community, and based on which, the author analyzed the data comprehensively, and then summarized the present situation of the music culture construction of community in Midong, its main participants and existing problems, ect.
