Methods randomly selecting 40 patients with pure CHB, 30 patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B, and 40 cases of healthy controls (HC) as the object of study. Than detecting blood lipid indexes related to detection: triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (CHO), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (APoA1), apolipoprotein B100 (APoB100), relevant indicators of liver function: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBiL). According to the detecting results, a retrospective analysis of the correlation between blood lipid indexes and glutamic pyruvic transaminase, total bilirubin, blood lipid index to reflect the degree of liver injury.Results The blood lipid levels of both pure chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis of hepatitis B patients made significantly difficulty, they are higher than the blood lipid levels of the healthy control group (P 0.05).
