Step1 借助卡通人物 激发兴趣 揭示主题
1.出示情境图,Nick 出现
Nick:Hello. Boys and girls. My name is Nick. …Today we will learn ‘There be ’sentence pattern. Are you ready? Lets go.
2.出示课题:There be 句型表示某地有某人或某物,一般现在时中be 动词用is,areFor example:There is ... There are...
Step 2 利用动画图片展示Nick的房间,学习There is
动画图示,边听边复述,激发兴趣:Whats in my room? There is a bed in my room. There is a desk near the window. …
归纳小结Tip:Can you catch how to use “There is ”? Yes. You are very clever. There is +可?得?词单数/不可数名词
3.及时巩固:Now boys and girls. Lets read and practice.

Step 3 引出 Kathy,Mary,复习 There are
1.Nick:Boys and girls. I have two sisters. Kathy and Mary. They are twins. They look the same. Lets have a look at their room. What’s in their room. 出示复数图片,学生跟读:There are two beds in the room….

There are +可数名词复数形式
3.巩固练习 Nick:Lets read and practice.

Step 4 引出 Tim,学习就近原则
1.创设情境,学习就近原则
Nick:Now let me introduce my little brother to you all. His name is Tim. Hes a student. Look. He’s doing his homework. Now. My brother Tim has a problem. Let’s help him with his homework.

2.归纳小结:Tip:There be +多个主语并列时,使用就近原则,be 动词和它最近的名词保持一致
