base64转图片（国外英文资料） Why use base64-encoded photo information Base64 is one of the most common coding methods for transmitting 8Bit bytes of code on the web. Base64 is not primarily encrypted, but its main purpose is to convert some binary Numbers into normal characters for network transmission. Because some binary characters belong to the control character in the transport protocol, they cannot be transferred directly.
