When I was studying at the Business School of Columbia University, I participated in the study of competitiveness of hundreds of multinational corporations in 12 countries. On the basis of the National Quality Award for enterprise standards, one for enterprise development level evaluation system from 6 aspects: 1, the establishment of strategic planning and performance management; 2; 3, 4, the company enterprise culture; management control; 5, marketing; 6, leadership and team. On this basis, I have done some research on the specific situation of Chinese enterprises.
We should face a basic reality, that is, the gap between Chinas excellent enterprises and world-class enterprises is not only strategic, but also holistic!
Strategy: vs system power gap
Chinese enterprises take authoritative strategy as the center, and world-class firms as the center of the system and culture.
At present, Chinas entrepreneurs are divided into two camps: one is the market strategy as the center of the market of politicians camp, and the other is system and culture as the center of the strategic management camp.
