Check-in procedure
In the occupancy notice, the developer shall indicate the following:

Information required for check-in is included:

4., some residential areas, apartment management fees, utilities and other daily expenses will be charged by the bank account, so customers need to carry construction bank passbook or savings card for relevant procedures.
Check in at the check-in office:
