摘 要 桩基施工质量关系到整个建筑物的工程质量。桩基工程现场地下条件复杂，施工序多，工艺要求高，难度大，易出问题。文章重点介绍了桩的分类，打(压)桩施工中常见质量问题的类型、产生原因分析、处理方法以及实际应用的预控措施等。 基桩工程是建筑工程中最重要的隐蔽工程，但桩基工程质量受多项因素的影响，如工程勘察、基桩设计、环境变化、施工质量等，尤其施工质量最难控制，对桩基工程质量影响最大，所以熟悉桩基础施工中常见质量事故以及事故发生原因，并了解常见质量事故的处理方法，才能有效控制桩基工程质量，保证整体工程的安全。 关键词：桩基施工，质量，原因分析，处理方法，预控措施…… PAGE 2Abstract PAGE 2 Pile foundation construction quality related to the whole building project quality.
