商务英语翻译练习 英语翻译系 周黎 Translation the following text into Chinese Documents: The sellers shall present the following documents to the paying bank for negotiation: (1) Full set of Negotiable Clean Ocean Bills of lading marked “FREIGHT TO COLLET” and made out to order, blanks endorsed. 单据：卖方应向付款银行提示以下单据，以便议付。 （1）全套可议付清洁海运提单，运费到付，并做成空白抬头，空白背书。 （注：指示提单可通过背书转让。所谓背书是指提单的所有人在提单背面签字，表示转让提单。背书可分空白背书和指示背书，前者是仅由背书人（转让人）在提单背面签字，而不注明被背书（受让人）名称的背书方式；后者指既有背书人的签字，又注明被背书人名称的背书方式。信用证通常要求把提单做成“空白抬头，空白背书”（made to order and bland endorsed）指在提单正面的收货人栏目内作不记名指示，并在其背面作空白背书。 (2) Insured policy or Certificate covering
