短期境外学习协议 Overseas Short-term Learning Agreement 甲方：【XXX】(以下简称“甲方”) 身份证号： Party A: (hereinafter referred to as Party A) I.D. card No.: 乙方：【XXX有限公司】(以下简称“乙方”) 地址： Party B: (hereinafter referred to as Party B) Address: 甲乙双方经过认真协商， 甲方为了在矿业技术专业方面以及管理水平有所提高，就乙方在矿产资源方面的优势，甲乙双方达成一致，甲方2012年1月5日 The Party A and Party B agree to conclude this agreement after carefully negotiation subject to the conditions stated below: In order to improve the mining technology and management level, Party A shall visit to Party B company for learning from January to February in 2012 for a month. 一、双方责任和义务 Ⅰ. Responsibilities and Obligations of both Party 1、甲方责任和义务 1. Party A responsibilities and obligations: l）负责办理出国护照、签证等有关手续； 1) Party A is in charge of applying for passport, visa and other relative procedures. 2）负责提出学习要求、要点、培训日程等； 2) Party A is in charge of bringing forward learning requirements, main point, learning schedule and so on; 3）负责支付乙方为完成学习、培训任务的费用； Party A is in charge of paying to Party B total amount, which is for finishing learning and training task; 4）服从乙方在境外期间安排的各项活动； 4) Party A has the obligations to comply with the activities by Party B arranged overseas; 5）不得向乙方提出违反（境外）学习、培训规定及外事纪律的要求。 5) Party A shall not bring forward any requirements, which are not in agreement with overseas learning and training regulations. 6）甲方在此学习期满后，对于知悉的乙方在矿产资源方面的技术及商业机密，有保密的责任和义务。 6）Party A has the obligation and responsibility to keep secret to the Party B’s mineral resources technology and Commercial Confidential Information, after Party B finish learning. 2、乙方责任和义务 2. Party B responsibilities and obligations: 1）负责按甲方的要求制定详细学习计划及日程安排； 1) Party B is in charge of arranging detailed learning plans and schedule; 2）负责组织甲方不少于三次随实地参观考察学习与培训主题相关的实习、交流活动，对口交流等业务实践活动； 2) Party B is in charge of arranging at least three practice and communication activities of local visiting and learning for training subject, matchmaking events and so on; 3）负责甲方在香港吃、住、行等接待安排工作； 3）Party B is in charge of arrangi
