Thus the structure adjustment is the historical development of the subject.To promote the optimization of industrial structure is historical inevitable of the realization of economic growth. Since the core area of food production, the central plains economic zone and Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive experimentation area have raised for national strategy, how to seize the opportunity of Henan Province, with the help of the three strategic opportunity, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the urgent problem which needed to be solved. Therefore, the study of Henan industrial structure situation and optimization problems, to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, improve the core competitiveness, and promote economic growth has important theoretical and practical significance.According to the current situation of industrial structure of Henan Province, the three strategies to optimize the industrial structure of Henan Province as the theoretical analysis, given the Henan Province industrial structure adjustment and optimization path, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of industrial structure and policy.
