At first, the technological process of production line was determined and demonstrated according to the production characters and product scheme. And then, the production?area was designed on the basis of process route and the criterion and laws of food production. The material balance was carried on according to process route , production requirements and the material loss ratio. The equipment was selected. And the number of employees was calculated.Based on the number of devices and the size of the area, the area of ??each processing region were calculated. Finally the production line was arranged to meet the requirements of security and convenience of production process, and to utilized the limited resources fully. Keywords: Design Workshop; Segmentat
