国际金融中心的历史变迁与功能演进 摘要：国际金融中心就是指能够提供最便捷的国际融资服务、最有效的国际支付清算统、最活跃的国际金融交易场所的城市。本文按照世界经济史上的大事以及世界经济的发展，分三个阶段研究各个时代金融中心演变的规律，并重点分析了国际金融中心在不同的经济金融阶段的形成与作用。伴随着国际金融中心的变迁，国际金融中心功能也在不断地演进。历史上每一次金融中心的转移，都是基于国际金融中心功能变化跟不上经济发展变化的需要而衰落，新的国际金融中心正是为迎合经济发展而诞生。通过对各国家的经验教训的学习思考，对我国金融中心发展提出相关建议。 关键词：历史，演变规律，变迁，演进 International financial center of the historical shift and the function evolution Abstract： International financial center is able to provide the most convenient international financing services, the most effective international payment and settlement system, the most active international financial trading establishments in the city. In this paper, according to the world on economic history event and the development of the world economy, three stages of individual financial times evolvement rule, and focuses on the analysis of international financial centers in different economic stages of formation and function. Along with the changes of international financial center, international financial center, function also is in ceaseless gradual progress. The history of every financial center shift, are based on the international financial center function changes to keep up with changes in the economic development of the need and the decline, the new international financial center is to cater to the economic development of the birth of. Through the country experience lesson learning to think, to our country the financial center development put forward the related proposal.
