上海市安亭镇居民抑郁状况及关联因素探析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨当地居民的抑郁状况及其关联因素。方法 采用多阶段随机抽样的方法，在安亭镇居民中抽取2500人，由被调查者自主完成问卷，共收回有效问卷2498份；采用病人健康状况问卷抑郁模块（PHQ-9）评定抑郁症状；运用单因素×2检验以及多因素Logistic回归分析抑郁状况及其关联因素。结果 该地区居民的抑郁症状检出率为4.60%，以轻度抑郁为主。精力丧失、饮食障碍、睡眠障碍和愉快感丧失是抑郁状况单项评定中占比最高的项目。单因素分析显示，抑郁状况的关联因素包括年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、自评健康状况和家人平均月收入。多因素分析显示，自评健康状况和家人平均月收入是主要关联因素。结论 当地抑郁症状流行率较低，对年龄75岁及以上、文化程度低、健康状况差和家人平均月收入在2000元及以下的居民应重点关注 【关键词】 抑郁；PHQ-9；关联因素 【Abstract】Objective： To explore the depression status of local residents and its associated factors. Methods： 2500 residents in Anting town were selected By multi-stage random sampling and questionnaire survey was conducted independently. 2498 valid questionnaires were retrieved； Depression Score of Patient Health Questionnaire （PHQ-9） was used to evaluate depression status；Single variable analysis and multi-factor logistic regression were applied to analyze the depression status and its associated factors. Results： The prevalence of depression was 4.60% for the residents in this area symptoms. Lack of vitality， eating disorders，？sleep？disorders and loss of enjoyment were the most selected items in PHQ-9. Single variable analysis indicated that age， educational level， marital status， self-evaluated health status and average family monthly income were the associated factors. Multivariate analysis revealed that self-evaluated health status and average family monthly income were the main associated factors. Conclusion： The prevalence of depression status was low.
