年产10万吨二甲醚的初步工艺设计 专业：化学工程与工艺 姓名：陆应文 指导老师：黄念东 （湖南科技大学化学化工学院，湘潭 411201） 摘 要：本设计为年产10万吨二甲醚的初步工艺设计，在设计说明书中，简单介绍了二甲醚的性能、主要用途、生产现状和发展趋势，本设计结合了湖南雪纳新能源有限公司的生产现状，确定以甲醇脱水法作为本设计的工艺生产方法。在设计过程中，根据设计任务书的要求，通过物料衡算和热量衡算，以确定设备工艺参数和消耗工艺指标，同时对二甲醚生产过程中的安全注意事项及“三废”治理作了相关说明，对整个装置进行了简单的初步技术经济评价。绘制了相应的设计图纸，设计图纸包括工艺流程图、主要设备图的装配图、设备的平面布置图等。 关键词：二甲醚；甲醇；工艺设计 Primary for the Manufacturing Process of Dimethl ether 100,000Ton Per year Specialty: Chemical Engineering﹠technology:Lu yingwen Director :Huang Niandong (Party of Chemical Engineering , School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xiangtan 411201, P.
