口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位临床疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 探讨分析口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2015年1月～6月我院收治的42例牙周病致前牙移位行口腔正畸治疗患者的临床资料为研究对象，统计测量对比治疗前后牙周袋探诊深度、出血指数、前牙覆盖、覆牙合情况、牙槽骨高度等指标的差异，观察其临床治疗效果。结果 全部患者治疗后，其牙周袋探诊深度、出血指数、前牙覆盖、覆牙合情况等治疗叫治疗前均明显改善，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位具有较好的临床治疗，可以明显改善患者牙周炎及前牙移位等症状，具有较好的临床应用价值，值得临床上推广应用 关键词：前牙移位；牙周病；口腔正畸治疗；临床疗效 Clinical Observation of Orthodontic Treatment for Anterior Teeth Displacement Caused by Periodontal Disease WANG Xu （Yuetan Community Health Service Center，Renaissance Hospital，Capital University of Medical Sciences，Xicheng District，Beijing 100045，China） Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anterior teeth displacement orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to June in our hospital 42 cases of periodontal disease caused by displacement of anterior tooth for orthodontic treatment in patients with clinical data as the research object，measured before and after treatment compared with statistical periodontal probing depth，bleeding index，overjet，overbite，difference of alveolar bone height index，observe its clinical therapeutic effect.Results All the patients after treatment，the periodontal probing depth，bleeding index，overjet，overbite and so called treatment before treatment were significantly improved after treatment，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease caused by displacement of anterior tooth has better clinical treatment，can significantly improve the patients with periodontitis and anterior teeth displacement and other symptoms，has good clinical value，worthy of clinical application.
