Procedure 1. 目的 为确保本公司产品的进口与出口能有系统的进行，保障进出口活动可以高效的完成。 2. 适用范围 公司内产品和物料的进口、出口。 3. 术语和定义 无 4. 职责 4.1物流：负责原材料、产品的进出口。 5. 描述 01 Import: After got the purchase list of material ,looking through HS code to define whether it need import permission license such as automatic import license、CCC certificate etc. If necessary, start up to collect relevant documentation for import license application preparation. Confirm with shipper about packing information of imported materials such as packages、volume、wooden material used or not etc and notify our own forwarder concerned so that forwarder can contact shipper for pickup preparation. Check official shipping documentation (packing list、invoice etc) from shipper by email and give shipper a delivery instruction. Preparing and making importation documentation, customs entrustment and legal inspection declaration entrustment and contract and B/L or AWB and essential standard data declaration required and pass them to broker for customs clearance. Broker is responsible for Transporting materials to our factory after customs clearance finished. 01 进口： 收到采购的采购清单，查询物料的HS编码，确认是否需要办理进口许可证，诸如机电证、3C证。如果需要，开始收集资料准备许可证的申请。 与国外发货人确认所要进口原材料的包装信息，如件数、体积、有无木质包装等等并将此信息告知我公司的货代，通知货代与国外发货人联系人，以便做好提货的准备。 检查核对通过邮件收到国外发货人的正式装运单据（装箱单、发票等）并给予要求发货的确认。 同时准备并制作进口单据，报关委托书、报检委托书、合同、提单、规范申报要素清单等交给委托报关公司准备进口清关。 清关结束，由报关公司将货送至我公司 02 Export: According to delivery date in order confirm
