摘 要 会计职业道德是会计管理工作的重要组成部分，是实现《会计法》立法宗旨的德治建设的重要组成部分。会计职业道德的内容包括爱岗敬业、诚实守信、廉洁自律、客观公正、坚持原则、提高技能、参与管理、强化服务，这八大内容无时无刻不提醒着会计人员在日常会计工作中不能因追求私利而监守自盗、不能因为利益驱动的低成本而提供虚假的会计信息。?会计职业道德，就是会计人员在会计事务中正确处理人与人之间经济关系的行为规范总和，即会计人员从事会计工作应遵循的道德标准。文章阐述了会计职业道德规范的内容，以及会计职业道德的作用，指出加强会计人员职业道德建设，对于更好地服务于市场经济体制建设具有重要的意义。Abstract The accounting professional ethics is an important part of of accounting management and measures which are taken to the implantation of accounting law .The accounting ethics, including loving and respecting their work, honesty and credibilitiy, self-discipline, impartial, insist the principle, improve skills, participation in management and enhance service, remind accountants of not providing false accounting information with low cost in the purpose of satisfying self-interest. The accounting professional ethics is one regulation which intervene the actions that accountants takes when they deal with others in their work, and that is moral standard that accountants should conform. This paper states the main content of accounting professional ethics and the effect of it, at the same time, points out the importance of accounting professional ethics to serve the market economy.
