It show s that the digitization errors can be considered as a superposition of systematic errors introduced by the digit-i zing equipm ent and random noise errors producedm ainly by operators. It also show s that the random noise is an er- godic stationary random process, the amp litudes ofwh ich are of normalGaussian distribution. Specially, work eff-i ciency w ill be mi proved using scanner. Analysis and processing softw are of scanner and example of the elmi ination digitization errors are presented in this paper.
