校企合作型高职院校教学资源库构建策略 　　摘要：目的：探讨校企合作、校企共享型高职院校教学资源库建设作用与构建策略，提升教学资源库的辐射作用。方法：基于国内高职院校教学资源库存在问题，探讨解决方案。结果：校企合作形式来打造教学资源库，通过校企合作，使教学资源库成为学校与医院（企业）的一个中间平台，让学校发挥教育人力资源、教学信息资源、实训设施资源、学术成果资源等优势，让医院（企业）发挥行业专家资源、行业信息资源等优势，充分吸纳医院（企业）的先进技术，加强岗位对接，让学生把握最新的知识动态，掌握最新的行业技能。结论：校企合作能有效避免校、企教学资源库方面的重复建设，在简约、高效、开放的资源共享中，取长补短、拾遗补缺，实现优势资源互补，达到共享双赢目的，并为江苏省高职教学资源库建设规划与发展提供一定的实践依据 关键词：校企合作；高职院校；教学资源库 中图分类号：G64 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-3044（2016）35-0154-03 Strategies for Constructing Teaching Resource Database in Higher Vocational Schools Cooperating with Enterprises ― Illustrated by a Case Study of Higher Vocational Health School’s Teaching Resource Database Construction SHEN Shu-ping， JIANG Sheng-yang （Nantong Health of Higher Vocational and Technical Schools， Nantong 226010，China） Abstract： Objective： Exploring the effects and construction strategies of teaching resource database in higher vocational schools cooperating and sharing with enterprises. Methods： Based on the review of the teaching resource database in higher vocational schools in China， this paper analyzes the problems and discusses some suggestions on perfecting the construction of teaching resource database. Results： Constructing the teaching resource database in the form of school-enterprise cooperation to make it become an intermediate platform between schools and hospitals （enterprise）. Schools take advantage of educational human resources， teaching information resources， training facilities and academic achievements resources while hospitals （enterprises） give play to their experts resources， industry information resources， etc. Making full use of advanced technology in hospitals （enterprises）and thus strengthening students post docking to enable students to grasp the latest developments of knowledge and industry skills.
