台商投资大陆的产业集群分析 [摘要] 随着各国学者研究的深入，产业集群理论已初步形成。本文以台商在大陆的产业集群为研究对象，阐述了国内外产业集群理论的代表性观点，介绍了台商产业集群在大陆的形成过程。在此基础上，对台商在大陆的产业集群现状进行分析，并从微观和宏观方面发现其面临的问题。针对这些问题，本文认为可以通过契约治理与网络治理相结合，台商与政府相配合等措施促进台商产业集群在大陆的发展，借此带动一方经济的崛起。 [关键词]台商 大陆 产业集群 Analysis of Taiwan Industrial Clusters in Mainland China [Abstract] With the further research done by scholars from various countries, the Industrial cluster theory has been gradually formed.
