一体式衣刷的研制 蔡有标 ?? 动力与能源工程学院 摘要：相对洗衣时携带衣刷，鞋刷，肥皂的不便和易遗漏的缺陷，一种能见将多种功能集成的工具更佳适于投入使用。项目旨在研发一款将洗衣时多种工具综合为一体的新型工具。即使洗衣更加便捷，亦使携带更加方便，使洗衣过程更加高效。项目执行过程：经过反复设计及测评确定产品的结构；绘制设计图及产品各部件详细尺寸；于建材市场购置相关加工工具，材料，计算总成本；确定人员分工。最终于2012年初完成产品的模型制造。现确定此产品于一定程度能发挥洗衣工具各具有的功能，但其构造具一定复杂性导致生产成本的提高，同时产品尺寸较常用衣刷更大致使使用具一定不便性，相比之下产品的优点较传统刷更加突出。首先功能集成；其次肥皂的间接利用使其利用率更高，避免直接涂抹的浪费。产品主体结构：两个可拆卸的组合刷（分为鞋刷和衣刷，其中衣刷携带旋转柄），刷内嵌有的肥皂可自动产生皂液. 关键词:刷，皂液。 The study of? combining brush Cai Youbiao College of power and energy engineering Abstract:Comparing with the obstracts?that they are not convenient and easy to ignore when taking clothes brush,shoes brush and soap. One kind of tool combining various functions is more suitable to use.The aim of this item is to develop one new kind of tool combing various tools while washing clothes.Not only making washing process more convenient but improve the efficient .The process of conducting item:?determining?the structure ?after repeated check?and design?; then painting the design chart and detailed size of each part;buying corresponding tools and meterials ,caculating the total cost;ai last determining the distribution of each member.Finishing? the manufacture peocess in the end.Now it is certain that the product can provide various functions in some way? ,but ?the the complexity?of structure?lead??to the in crease of cost .Likewise the bigger size comparing to normal brush contribute to invariance .Of coursec the advantages to traditional ones are more outstanding.At first ,the combination of 3 kinds of functions ,then using efficient of soap is higher with it avoid wasting soap when using it indirectly.The main structure of?new brush：two connected brushes?( one is shoes brush ,the other is clothes brush carring one handle)?,soap setted in the brush can provide liquid soap automatically.
