立恒焦化化工厂安全生产月活动方案 为深入贯彻落实全国第十二个安全生产月活动，根据曲沃县人民政府《安全生产委员会文件》即曲安发（2013）6号文件的内容和《山西立恒钢铁股份有限公司文件》即晋立钢安字（2013）016号文件中转发的《曲沃县安全生产委员会关于组织开展2013年“安全生产月”活动的通知》。紧紧围绕我县转型跨越发展的总体要求与我公司弘扬的“以德为本、恒之行事”的指导思想，为进一步加强安全生产宣传教育工作，响应全国第十二个安全生产月的活动主题，从化工厂基层开始“营造“强化安全基础、推动安全发展”的舆论环境和氛围，进一步增员工的安全意识，“强化安全生产的思想基础、社会基础、制度基础、组织基础、技术基础、设备基础和管理基础”的推动月、相关活动的总结和持续月、应急预案演练月、安全誓言履行月、安全文化践行月。现结合，紧扣活动主题，制定年 “安全生产月”活动方案如下： 2013年5月日 \ 强化安全基础、推动安全发展 manufacturers of technical documents on the quality requirements applicable to this project.
