During the ign ition for start - up and adju stm ent of the boiler it is necessary to carry out bed temp erature control, bed p ressure control and cold slag system op eration. Du ring adju stm ent of the boiler the norm al failu res include too h igh or low temp eratu re of the bed, too h igh or low p ressu re of bed; cok ing on the bed su rface, b lock of cold slag device, etc. So it is necessary to adju st the bed temp erature and p ressu re p rop erly to en su re safe and stab le op era tion of the boiler.
